1. About Us
My Lady Garden Flowers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an artisan florist based in London, UK. By placing an order through our website (myladygardenflowers.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your flowers.
Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we may need to substitute specific blooms for alternatives of equal or greater value. We will always maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of your chosen arrangement.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode. We accept payment by credit/debit card and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Delivery
We deliver across London postcodes within the M25. Delivery times and pricing are detailed on our Delivery page. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, traffic incidents, access issues).
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply). Please ensure the delivery address, postcode, and contact number are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge to cover flowers already sourced.
Refunds: If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns.
6. Flower Care & Longevity
Our flowers are fresh and carefully conditioned before dispatch. With proper care (fresh water daily, trimmed stems, kept away from direct heat and fruit), our arrangements typically last 5-7 days. We provide care instructions with every delivery. We cannot guarantee longevity if care instructions are not followed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to My Lady Garden Flowers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission. All floral designs and arrangements are our original creative work.
8. Limitation of Liability
My Lady Garden Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
